CaseLocker
Frequently Asked Questions
I. General
Does CaseLocker integrate with my case management system?
CaseLocker is built on an open API so custom integrations are only limited by the capabilities of your case management system. We are currently working with multiple vendors (FileVine, Litify, SmartAdvocate, Neos) to develop “out of the box” integrations. We are happy to assist with any integrations.
Can we submit directly to settlement and claims administrators like MDL Centrality and LMI?
We are working with these vendors to provide a more streamlined submission experience but have worked with them on many litigations and can provide the electronic data and documents in a format that can be easily submitted to administrators.
Can CaseLocker replace my existing case management system?
CaseLocker is designed to streamline communication and data collection for your clients and is meant to supplement your existing systems with integrations. It is designed to do that one thing and do it well.
How long does it take to onboard?
Your firm’s CaseLocker instance can be set up in less than a day!
