“Service Maintenance” popup

As AWS recovers, some routing configurations are returning a maintenance error, which may result in intermittent popups that CaseLocker is under maintenance. Try reloading the page after this occurs, as CaseLocker itself is not under maintenance.

This error has been resolved.

Email Delivery

Most emails are now successfully sending, and we’ve seen no errors in the last 30 minutes (as of 1:45pm). We’re monitoring for service stability.

SMS Delivery

CaseLocker uses Twilio for SMS messaging, and Twilio is hosted on Amazon Web Services. There is currently some degradation in service on Twilio that may result in your clients receiving errors when attempting to send SMS messages or request login tokens via SMS.

As of 1:45pm, Twilio is still recovering from AWS outages, and we are still seeing intermittent errors when sending and receiving SMS data.
