Service Alert: June 12, 2025

A number of services are currently impacted due to various provider outages. We’re monitoring for resolution. This outage appears to have broad impacts affecting multiple services, which may also impact CaseLocker.

We are beginning to see slow resolution of these issues, but some users may still be impacted in the short term.

DNS Resolution

Our DNS Provider, Cloudflare, is currently experiencing increased error rates. DNS resolves “caselocker.com” to the CaseLocker servers. If your firm or your clients are experiencing issues connecting to CaseLocker, we ask that you please try again later.

Android Notifications

Android Notifications are served by Google Firebase, which is currently experiencing increased error rates. Clients on Android with the mobile app installed may not receive notifications immediately. This should not impact clients receiving emails or SMS, which are served by different providers.
