CaseLocker v0.9.09

This release includes a maintenance window of approximately one hour, beginning at 10pm CDT on Monday, March 17, 2025.

We anticipate this update taking no longer than 30 minutes, however we have a service window up to an hour for unforeseen circumstances. Your CaseLocker instance may be inaccessible during this update window. We’ll keep this page updated throughout the update.

We are excited to announce version 0.9.09 of CaseLocker with the following new features and bug fixes.

New Features

Activity Logs (Admin Only)

Administrators in your organization can now view Activity Logs per user. To access the activity logs, navigate to “My Organization”, “Users”, and select the user you wish to view the activity for. A new “Activity Log” tab will appear in the user editor, allowing administrators to review models the user has recently accessed.

Contacts, Cases, Forms, Reports, and Files of all kinds generate an activity report, and allow you to view who has accessed or downloaded data.

Historical Change Tracking

CaseLocker now tracks changes to data over time. Currently, this is only stored in the database, but a history button will be added to various models in future updates to allow users to view changes to a model over time, including seeing who changed the data.

Contact Message Downloads

A new option is available in the Contact overview to allow users to download all messages from a contact’s profile.

Bugfixes & Improvements:

Every release includes various bugfixes and improvements to CaseLocker. Here are a few notable changes:

• Bugfix: Mobile App Push Notifications A bug was fixed that temporarily prevented push notifications from being delivered. Some Contacts may be prompted to log back into the mobile app.
• Improvement: Login News Hides the news section on the Contact Login page if there are no public articles.
• Improvement: Answer Review – Comment Increments When you add a new comment to an answer, it’ll increment the total comment count without requiring a page reload.
• Bugfix: Answer Lists – Zero Number Validation A bug was fixed that caused the number zero (0) failing validation in a number field on List/Table Questions.
• Bugfix: Message Search Date Picker A bug was fixed that caused the message search date picker to return an invalid date when a new year date (ie. 01/01/2025) was selected.
• Bugfix: Notification/Contact Overview Bug A bug was fixed that caused the Cases/Contact Log from not loading new data when following a notification to a new Contact when a Contact was already open.
