What does this mean for you?
Bookmarks, Links, & Whitelists may need to be updated
Your users and administrators will need to update any bookmarks, links, or whitelists to permit users to access your site under *.caselocker.com. For example, if your domain is mylaw.litigationlocker.com, your new domain is mylaw.caselocker.com.
Clients may need to be notified
Once Prompt Redirection starts, clients will begin to be notified of the move. Any app installations will be updated to point to the new site. Any clients accessing old links will continue to be able to follow those links to access your CaseLocker.
When is this happening?
Service Date: Now through April 1st
Action Required: Notifying end-users, notifying clients of the change, updating any internal bookmarks or links.
