Form Tags
Tags can be used to indicate whatever you need for a Form. Here are a couple examples:
- Grouping forms by submission dates
- Grouping forms by injury type
- Grouping forms by case type
Tags can be used to filter searches, subscribe to form related notification events, and in bulk messaging.
To add an existing tag, start typing the tag you want to add in the “Tags” field on the Form. CaseLocker will present available options in the list below the tags field. Once you see the option you want, you can select it, or if you finish typing, just hit enter to add that tag.

To add a new tag, just type the name of the tag you want to create in the “Tags” box and hit enter. The tag name you entered will be created and added to the form.
Custom Report Header Tags
Tags added to a form can be specified as a custom report header tag by including a colon (:). For example, you can create the tags “Submission:06/23/2022” and “Submission:12/05/2022”, and CaseLocker will create a “Submission” header in your form reports, with the values after the colon in each row for the forms.

These custom tags are displayed differently from standard tags, and allow you to easily filter and designed to allow for easier sorting and filtering on report spreadsheets.
