Activity Log

To view the Activity Log, select the Activity Log button when viewing a form.

The Activity Log shows the following events:

Status Changes
If bulk created, the user and bulk operation that created the form
If created/updated from Form Importing, the user and import that created/modified the form.

At this time, the Activity Log does not record views or answer modifications.
