Contact Tags
Tags can be used to indicate whatever you need for a Contact. Here are a couple examples:
- Grouping contacts who have a “Product A” case by adding the tag “Product A”
- Grouping contacts by import date by tagging with “Imported 04/03/2019”
Please Note: Contact Tags and Form Tags are not shared.
Tags can be used to filter searches, subscribe to contact related notification events, and in bulk messaging.
To add an existing tag, start typing the tag in the “Tags” box. CaseLocker will present available options in the list below the tags field. Once you see the option you want, you can select it, or if you finish typing, just hit enter to add that tag.

To add a new tag, just type the name of the tag you want to create in the “Tags” box and hit enter. The tag name you entered will be created and added to the contact.
