Case Types

Case Types are your defined groups of Cases.

To manage Case Types, you must be an organization administrator.

Select “Case Types” on the My Organization page.

Select a Case Type in the list, or select “New Case Type” to create a new Case Type.

Case Types currently have the following fields/options:

  • Name (required): The Name of the Case
  • Description: A short description about the case type, optional.
  • Case Type Icon: A customizable image to represent this case type, optional.

All fields in a Case Type may be visible to a Contact.
