API Tokens

API Tokens are a new feature in CaseLocker v0.9.04.

Only Organization Administrators can manage your API Tokens. To manage API tokens for specific users, open your organization settings by selecting the setting cog in the top right and choosing “My Organization”.

Navigate your “Users” tab, and select the user you want to get an API token for.

Under “Security”, select “Show API Token” to get or reset the API token for a specific user.

Warning: API Tokens are passwords for that specific user – we recommend creating a user specifically for your integration and to not store these tokens in shared documents.

After selecting the button to show an API token, a dialog will appear with the token, and an option to reset the token if necessary.
